Virginia Beach is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Virginia Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Unfortunately, what should have been a special father-and-son round before my son leaves for college turned into an extremely disappointing experience because of the GM, Mike. The course staff themselves were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional. In fact, they seemed uncomfortable even bringing a very minor issue to Mike for resolution. My son had already packed his golf bag for college, so I simply asked whether we could share a bag. This was on a weekday, over 90 degrees, with virtually no one else on the course. I completely understand that courses have policies, but I was hoping for a reasonable conversation or alternative—such as providing an empty golf bag rather than requiring us to rent an entire set of clubs. Instead, Mike would barely make eye contact, showed no interest in discussing possible solutions, walked away from the conversation, and ultimately left through the back rather than speaking with me. I work in customer service and have rarely seen a manager handle a simple customer concern this poorly. Good management isn’t about always saying yes—it’s about listening, communicating respectfully, and trying to find a reasonable solution. The employees de

Tried to go play a round here with my 9 year old son. The GM was watching the lobby on the cameras and called his employee after I paid and told his employee he did not believe my son was 9. I showed a picture of the birth of my son with a time stamp to the employee and the employee said we were good to go. As I was getting my cart, the GM , called the cart guy and told him to not let me get the cart and that he was coming to the course. I immediately went and got my money back. As I was wrapping that up the GM showed up to the course and came behind the counter. I told the GM I had showed proof of age, the GM proceeded to talk to my son and not address me. Asked my son his name, his grade, and then told my son he was lying and told him he was in kindergarten. Complete disrespect. This guy is coo coo for Coacoa puffs. Don’t waste your money here! Wanted to add that the employee behind the counter and the cart guy were both awesome.

Don't let this scathing review scare you from playing. It is a TREMENDOUS layout, and the maint. staff does an amazing job given the limited funds from the lack of a GM who coulnd't even run a child's lemonade stand. If you are a dad bringing kids, or a 20 something, don't bother because the GM or his crazy wife will run you off. If you expect a variety of food at the snack bar, forget it. You'll get hot dogs or chips. The inept GM is afraid to turn on the grill who doesn't respect ANY of the workers who strive to make this course great. The greens are in terrific shape! The price is very agreeable and it's pretty easy to get a tee time. Don't let the 12 WANTED posters behind the counter of kids who GOD FORBID ride their bicycles in the parking lot deter you. If you're a cyclist or a kid in the neighborhood who wants an over-priced Gatorade or candy bar, forget it. The GM (MIKE YUN) won't sell you squat, even it makes the course money. In short, the course is good despite the COMPLETE lack of leadership. The superintendent and staff manage what they can and do a FABULOUS job with what they have, despite the short-sightedness of a GM.

One of my favorite courses I’ve ever played. Beautiful, extremely unique layout, very challenging in general. Tee boxes are pretty terrible, many of them have no grass at all, greens aren’t amazing either. Fairways were in fairly good shape, and each hole offered a different challenge from the last. Would love to play here again

Very well maintained and marked golf course. Beautiful, scenic views on many of the holes. Challenging enough for beginners but not overly easy for more seasoned vets. Reasonably priced during the week. We will definitely be coming back to play again when we vacation here.
